Bill Johnstone is a partner and the Practice Leader of the Securities Law Group at Gardiner-Roberts, LLP. Bill has expertise in Securities, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance. Mr. Johnstone is a director of the Canadian Listed Company Association and is a member of the Ontario Securities Commission Small Business Advisory Committee. In addition to acting as counsel to various junior public companies, Mr. Johnstone is an officer and/or director of several TSX Venture Exchange listed public companies.
